Hotel isnt to bad, we are in Flushing which is a China Town, not far from Flushing Meadows where they have the USA Open tennis and Shea Stadium which has just been rebuilt and is absolutely massive. It’s about a 15-20 minute direct train on the subway into Manhattan. Surprisingly up and awake pretty well after the flight, its sunny about 20 degrees, and the place is huge. Taxis, black Licon Towncars, police cars and people not forgetting the skyscrapers.  Time for a bit of a walk to see what we can see.
